Critical Mission
Our job is to keep you focused on conducting the best training possible. We provide
tools and expertise while insuring the technology doesn't get in your way. We
make it easy to evaluate students and to track the success of
your training efforts. You'll be able to report on student progress,
refine your testing materials, go to the field with follow-up
surveys and then feed all that back into your training. Create
testing materials and surveys like a pro. Our
system understands your class structure and
leverages that
info to speed up your tasks, letting you refine and expand training. We help you collect
data that you'll use again and again to improve the accountability
and consistency of your training methods. Even when you need to
collect that data away from the classroom setting, you'll better
understand which students need remediation and which have conquered
the material. Reports will demonstrate which test items and
which blocks of instruction are letting you down. You'll spot trends that you might have otherwise missed. No
single tool, weapon, or act of law is right for every
situation. That's why we provide a suite of student and instructor driven tools.

Background
We began creating testing software for law enforcement in 1986.
Originally an intern project, our Automated Testing
System (ATS) has been in continuous use at the FLETC since that time. Fast-forward to
2004. You'll discover that the ATS, now in its third
version and a component of the larger FATES, has been humming along
as one of the most successful information
and training support systems in the Center's history. Technology
advances have enhanced our ability to meet the needs of Law
Enforcement training. We now support both classroom learning and field exercises. An
end-to-end solution, one that follows students and instructors to
physical training locations, to classrooms, and to the workplace is now
in play. Our remote hosting and
